The distance learning book has been designed by food safety experts as an easy to use educational medium, the asssesment is an ongoing process through the book which is done in the form of wordsearches, crosswords. This encourages learning through fun methods

Course Time

The book should take no longer than two hours to complete

The books are sent by 1st class post. To obtain, order online or call the office on 0121 603 2524

Certificates
 
The A4 sized colour laminated certificates are posted within 5 working days of us recieving the course book.

Verification

The business owner must sign to say that the trainee has completed the course in their own right.

Costs

Members  - FREE unlimited number of candidates - but you must pay the £10 certification fee at the time of ordering the books

Non members - £25 per candidate -  pay with a debit or credit card, books will be sent out next working day. No Cerification fee required.
