If you're a caterer - We aim to make your life easier and give you the tools to keep your business legal, safe and active. We offer free advice over the phone from people who have ' been there and done it' on all aspects of the industry and if we havent got the answer we will do out upmost to get it for you. Where specialist knowledge is required on such things as the law and accounting we have arrangements with specialists in the field freely available to members.
If you're a supplier - We dont sell or rent our membership lists, we dont bombard members with mail or email, so when we do comunicate with them they tend to listen to what we have to say. We aim for long term profitable relationships with relevant suppliers and strategic partners who share the same values.

Caterer Membership types

| There are a range of packages open to caterers depending on where they trade from: |
Event Caterers - Operating from vans, trailers, marquees, stalls, converted vans, bbq’s hog roasts, baked potato units. Outside Caterers - Operating from home, industrial units. Franchise Caterers / Licensed Site Caterers– Operating under a franchise or licence agreement with one of our franchise members. Strategic Partners - Supplying anything other than catering trailers, van conversions and catering equipment, full members that receive a range of benefits and promotional opportunities.
Catering Equipment Suppliers - Suppliers of CE marked catering equipment that sit on our technical comittee and help to set the standards and codes of practice, and who wish to market their products to our members.
Approved Trailer Manufacturers, Van Converters and Equipment Manufacuturers - As the title implies, full members that are part of our technical committee and have a full range of benefits and promotional opportunites.
Linked Suppliers - Not full members but linked to the NCASS web site and having a listing on our NCASS search engine.
Franchisors - Companies that have franchised or licensed their concept, and who are seeking to offer some of the NCASS caterer membership benefits to their franchisees as part of the franchise package.
