Mobile Catering Code of Pratice
Catering in any form is generally accepted as a High Risk Activity due to the large number of people provided for. NCASS strives to promote and improve standards within the industry through clear and informative guidance and training.

This document aims at providing general guidance and basic standards for caterers operating from mobile units such as trailers, converted vehicles, marquees, market stalls, baked potato ovens, hog roasts, ice cream vans and any non permanent structure.
