With over twenty years experience, the Brogan Food Company is a mobile food and catering business providing an appetising range of foods, locally produced where available, to satisfy everyone wanting to sample tasty, wholesome food at a reasonable price.
What we can do:
Our modern trailers are hygienic mobile kitchens where our fully trained staff can prepare tasty food to make your mouth water. We can attend events located anywhere in the UK, including Ireland and the Isle of Man, providing a stress free service for our clients.
How we do it:
We are happy to contact local farmers in advance, in order that the best produce is available for us to prepare on the day. We work with Local Authorities and producers to ensure that wherever possible all the food is purchased locally, and to promote success of the venture for all concerned. We only use biodegradable packaging for our products.
Our aim:
Our aim is to provide a first class service for all our clients and customers who we want to be excited by the whole experience at the event, and who will tell their family and friends of the wonderful time they experienced with us. We enter every event with the client's full interests in mind and customer satisfaction in our hearts.
Health and Safety:
A separate risk assessment is carried out for every event.
All our staff are fully trained and have certification for food handling and hygiene.
All the equipment is regularly tested including all electrical and gas appliences.
Delivery batch numbers, cooking temperatures and cleaning schedules are maintained as appropriate.
The Brogan Food Company has full public liability and employee's liability insurance.
All our staff are trained in first aid. |
