Online Health and Safety in Catering Course
The NCASS Online Health & Safety in Catering Training Course is intended for supervisors and managers within the retail catering sector. Typically such managers or supervisors would operate in the following areas:
• Mobile Catering
• Outside, Hospitality Catering
• Residential and Care Homes
• Hospitals
• Bakery Shops
• Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes , Sandwich Bars, Takeaways
• Schools and Prisons

The online health & safety in catering course is intended for

Anyone who needs to gain a level of understanding into health and safety in the catering environment.

The aims of the course

The aim of the NCASS Health and Safety in Catering course is to provide a knowledge and understanding of health and safety principles and practices and give them the knowledge and understanding to put them into practice in order to keep their working environment as safe as possible.

Costs

NCASS members have 2 free places on this course subject to a certification fee of £15 per certificate. Similar courses can cost up to £450 per person from other providers.
It may be worth considering joining NCASS for this alone.
