If the vehicle can not be repaired the same day, transportation of the policyholder and their vehicle to their home or original destination or repairer of their choice, or up to £100 for; a hire car for 24 hours or public transport or overnight bed and breakfast accommodation
Emergency medical transfer of the insured person hospitalised away from home, in the course of a journey within the Geographical limits in the insured vehicle. We will organise medical transfer as appropriate, but the insured will be responsible for paying and costs and expenses incurred in such a transfer.
If we have been contacted in connection with an insured incident, we will replay up to two telephone messages to the policyholder’s family members, friends or business associates to advise of unforeseen travel delays.
Cover includes the following: car, motorised caravans, motorcycles, light vans, estate cars, 4x4 sport utility vehicles, towed caravans or trailers.
Cover starts 24 hours after the purchase date / time.
Vehicle/Trailer under 15 years old
Vehicle/Trailer up to 3500kg, length 7m, height 3m, width 2.25m (each)
Vehicles carrying not more than the number of seats in the vehicle up to a maximum of 8 persons including the driver
Maximum of six assistances in any one year
Any recurring claim due to the same cause within the last 28 days, where a permanent repair has not been undertaken to correct the fault
Cancellation – within 14 days of the date of issue or receipt of the terms and conditions, whichever is the later, cancellation by the Policyholder, written or telephone instruction received – No refund of premium

In good roadworthy condition, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and holds a current valid MOT if applicable
