Course Format
The course is split into 13 modules and can be completed a module at a time at the learners own pace, there are no time limits at any stage of the course. Each module is presented as text and graphics, after which there is a revision section and then multi choice questions which are drawn from a question bank. Once all questions have been answered correctly the trainee moves onto the next module. At the end of the course the trainee is sent an email and the NCASS training department is notified to release the certificate.
Course Time
The course should take approx 4 - 5 hours to complete
Access
Members - online with an authorisation code obtainable from the NCASS office on 0121 603 2524
Non members - by direct access online using a credit / debit card or by calling the office on the above number
Certificates The A4 sized colour laminated certificates complete with trainees photo are posted within 5 working days of them completing the course, uploading the trainees photo and paying the certification fee
Verification
The trainee certifies the name and address they have stated at the sign up stage is that of the trainee and at the end of the course they affirm that the photo they have supplied is also that of the trainee
Costs
Members - FREE unlimited number of candidates - There is a £12.50 certification fee for each course completed, this can be paid online at the end of the course, or alternatively you can send in a cheque or call us on 0121 603 2524 to pay over the phone
Non members - £50 per candidate - pay with a debit or credit card and start the course immediately. No certification Fee required |
