Course Aims
The NCASS Level 3 Food Safety / Hygiene course is to provide a knowledge and understanding of food safety principles and practices for supervisors / business owners working the in the catering and retail food sectors
Course Details
The course should take approx 8-12hrs to complete, it is broken down into 20 modules each of which is tested with multi choice questions before moving on to the next module. There is no time limit, the tests can be taken as many times as necessary to get all the answers correct, then you will able to move onto the next section. The questions are drawn at random from a bank and may vary each time the test is taken. Candidates must answer all questions correctly to be awarded the certificate.

Course Outcomes
A knowledge and understanding of compliance within the relevant food safety legislation. A knowledge and understanding of monitoring and recording good hygiene practices. The manager's or supervisor's role in the implementation of food safety management procedures and systems. Understanding the importance of staff training and the manager's or supervisor's role.
Access

Certificates
The A4 sized colour laminated certificates complete with trainees image are posted within 5 working days of them completing the course, uploading the trainees photo and paying the certification fee
Verification
The trainee certifies the name and address they have stated at the sign up stage is that of the trainee and at the end of the course they affirm that the photo they have supplied is also that of the trainee
Costs
£150 + VAT per candidate - pay with a debit or credit card and start the course immediately.
