When you subscribe to CaterSOFT, you and your staff receives usernames & passwords. |

Using these passwords you login to CaterSOFT admin suite from any computer with internet connection |

As a one-off, you create all your products, drinks and prices in to CaterSOFT |
|
Then you can generate hundred's of your own menus or as per the customer requirements |
|
When customer rings you to place an order, you simply tick the menus and/or products they want |
|
A PDF Quotation will be emailed (or posted) to them with their booking and menu details |
|
When they confirm the booking, it will be automatically added to 'Booking Diary' |
|
When the order is completed or at the end of each month you can raise the invoices |
|
