Hi Bob, after speaking to you last night i decided to go ahead & join NCASS. As a result , i have received an enquiry for an event & have confirmed the booking with the organisation involved. I signed up with NCASS at 6pm online & confirmed the booking at 4pm the following day.....a great result in under 24hours. Thank you very much & look forward to the future with NCASS.

You probably will not recall that I contacted you just over 6 weeks ago seeking caterters for our event. I am pleased to say that we have now completed the tendering process and will be using new caterers this year that we have discovered from your organisation. I sent out over 30 sets of tender documents, had 16 replies, most of which were very professionally put together and provided all the information required for us to make our decision. Could you please email me a typical contract so that I can bet this out to tie everything down securely before our event on 12th June.
Thank you once again for providing such an excellent service and I hope that we are completely satisfied with the selections made and will not need to use your services again next year! - perhaps the year after to keep everyone on their toes!
