NCASS have worked on Erasmus+ projects for a number of years now and we’re proud to be able to share one of the latest research and development projects; SUSTAIN, with you.
This project aims to empower food & drink businesses with the knowledge and skills to introduce and bring healthy, affordable products to market by learning from others across Europe.
One of the main goals of the project was to create case studies from across Europe. The information from this research was collated to create the SUSTAIN Good Practice Healthy Food Service Compendium.
The Compendium is an online interactive guide full of rich media resources and additional learning links. Even better, it features examples of innovation and good practice from your fellow NCASS members.
It covers experiences from a range of Bricks & Mortar businesses, street food, delivery and in house catering, artisan, organic, ethical and vegan innovation.
