NCASS asks how restaurants can deter no-show customers and keep their profits safe, in the light of news that restaurants were left up to a third empty on Mothers’ Day this year.

Customers who make bookings at restaurants and then fail to show up, or “no-shows”, steadily make a dent in profits (and cause annoyance for your staff). It’s a hot topic at the moment following news reported by The Caterer that British restaurants were left up to a third empty on Mothers’ Day last weekend.
