Labour announce policies on sexual harassment and tip cutting in the hospitality sector

by Amy Chandler | Jun 11, 2018
Corbyn addressed 'rogue employers' and anti-harrassment policies in the workplace
Addressing an audience at the Bakers, Food and Allied Workers Union (BFAWU) conference, Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn announced that the party would make it illegal for business owners to take cuts from tips earned by staff, if the party were to be elected.

He also claimed that Labour would ban the use of non-disclosure agreements which silence sexual harrassment victims and work to make it easier for victims to take their employers to a tribunal.
