Who can join

We welcome applications for membership from engineers that are willing to operate according to our Engineer Codes of Practice and have the relevant & appropriate qualifications.

Gas Engineers

Must be registered as on the Gas Safe Register and currently hold the following qualifications:

  • CMC1
  • COMCAT 1,2,3
  • WAT1

The Following qualifications are also advantageous:

  • COMCAT 4,5
  • CGLP
  • AESOP

Electrical Engineers

Electrical Engineers must be registered with the NICEIC.
