Coffee/Gin Bar

Converted Rice trailer. Currently being used as a coffee bar, but as its name suggests “Bakes &Bars,” it can also be used as a gin/prosecco bar. The trailer has recently undergone a refurbishment with a new internal floor ( marine ply), new brakes and a repaint, it is looking splendid snd received lots of positive comments whilst operational at the local garden centre. The main focal point is the Pompeii II coffee machine, which makes an authentic cup of coffee every time. The machine can be used on mains power, 220volt or gas. Included in the sale is a grinder, knock out box and every other essential to sell the perfect cup of coffee from day one. The trailer has been professionally converted with compliant electrics, an inverter to allow you to operate off grid, water pump and water filter. In addition to a domestic fridge and small freezer the trailer has a double chiller cabinet, perfect for keeping fizz, beers and soft drinks cold There are plenty of additional sockets to allow you to use a wine warmer for mulled wine or a hot chocolate maker. There is a double sink and electric water heater, which will ensure you meet 5* hygiene ratings I am happy to provide training on the coffee machine and have many consumables which will enable you to be operational immediately. This has been a well loved retirement venture, but family commitments and a need for some down time leads me to think it is time, after seven years, for my purple box of happiness to have new owners.
