Popdogs - Mobile Food Truck Business For Sale / Catering Van

Welcome to the sale of Popdogs. Popdogs is a plant-based hot dog brand that started off in the markets of London & now trades at music festivals up & down the country. I started this business back in 2013 & what a journey it has been, we’ve worked with the likes of Madame Tussaud’s, Amazon, Sol, Heineken, Rooftop Film Club & Jamie Oliver. And we’ve been featured on BBC news, Channel 4 & Bridget Jones’ Baby! I’ve been living in Bali for the past two years & am now putting this 10 year chapter to a close to focus my energy & efforts elsewhere. This sale includes the food truck, a 2007 Mercedes Sprinter. All the intellectual property rights associated with the business, the trademark, logo, recipes, corporate contacts, domain name & the associated social media accounts. All equipment & current holding of stock (value of £1828.35) I have been trading at less & less festivals over the past few years during my transitional period. The most we’ve ever traded is 19 in one season, which is bonkers! A good number would be between 12-13, this year we traded at 6. I have calculated the asking price using a 1.5 multiplier of the current years net profit. This is an incredibly fair measure & means that you would gain a return on investment in 1 & a half years, if you were to trade the same number of festivals. If you were to double the number to 12 a return on investment within one year would be possible. If you have any questions please fire away. I have made videos that show & explain the setup in a lot more detail which I’d be happy to share. This add is limited to 3 photos, please visit my ebay listing for more photos - Thanks, Monty
