** You’re welcome to use our continuous payment authority scheme to pay for your membership on a monthly basis.
The first payment for each membership tier is £56, £75, £125 or £251, followed by 11 (much smaller) monthly payments.

Why do we charge a Certificate Fee?


We charge a small fee of £12.50 - £15 because we pay City & Guilds for every single one of your training certificates so that you can show off your accreditation by them. And we need to cover our production and postage costs too of course.

We’re the only course provider to create quality, laminated A4 colour certificates, because we want them to stand up to your catering environment. Complete with its own security hologram, your NCASS training certificate will prove that you and your staff are qualified to City & Guilds accredited standards.

We’ll even send it on the next working day so that you won’t be waiting long for proof of your qualification. We don’t think it’s too big a price to pay really.

WorkOpp Postcodes and Food Types


It's all to do with finding you as many relevant opportunities to earn money as possible. 

When event organisers need caterers for their event they come to us because our traders are the best. Once we've got the details, we forward the work opportunity (we call them WorkOpps) to our members via text message, so that they can contact the organiser and secure the job.

But it wouldn't make sense to send you a WorkOpp for Land's End if you live in John O'Groats or if the organiser wants seafood and you sell churros.

When you join NCASS you'll be asked to select the postcode areas that you want to receive WorkOpps texts for. That way you won't have to sift through the WorkOpps that are miles away, and can concentrate on the ones in the areas that you've hand picked. You also hand pick the food types for the same reason. You'll only receive WorkOpps that are relevant to your business, and organisers will only get replies from caterers who can offer what they want, where they want it.

You could cast your net further when looking for work though; the more postcodes you select, the more texts you'll receive. When you upgrade your membership you'll receive a higher number of allocated postcodes and food types.

That means that you'll be backed up if you ever have to go to court (we hope it won't come to that!).
