We are excited to announce that our new training platform launches next week! As such, there will be some disruption to services on Monday 12th June.
We will be migrating training courses and users to the new and improved system on Monday 12th June. As with any major tech launch, there will be a temporary disruption to services during this time.
We have carefully selected this time as it is the least active period for NCASS training, thereby ensuring minimal inconvenience whilst performing the necessary work.
How it may impact you:
- On Monday 12th June all NCASS training systems and services will be offline. This includes taking courses, assigning trainees, viewing trainees and many other linked services.
- Due to a change in the login process some trainees may need to reset their password. If you have difficulty logging in after the updates, please use the ‘Reset Password’ function.
Have training in progress?
Rest assured that you will be able to continue from the beginning of the last module you were working on once the upgrades are complete.
