100cm Internal floor space - extremely efficient. Can cook 4 x 10" 0r 3 x 12" bases in 90 seconds and reaches optimum temperatures for Neapolitan pizza. Tiled dome.
This oven is one of the best wood fired ovens made be valoriani.
It is capable of cooking +80 pizzas an hour. Has cooked 1000's of pizzas on festival sites, weddings, pub popups, markets etc.
Storage underneath for gazebo, tables, wood & tools etc. DEFRA approved oven for smokeless zones. Weighs approx 900kgs (when empty).

This is NOT a self build. Valoriani ovens are commercial grade and do not come up for sale very often.
The insulation and heat retention are incredible. I have had snow sat on the dome whilst cooking pizzas at 450°c inside. The dome doesn’t get hot what do ever!
