The oven can be run on gas or wood alone. The rotating stone deck increases volume without the need for a highly experienced chef. The equipment is capable of pushing out unto £1000 worth of pizza per hour. The kitchen can hold enough stock to make £8,000 worth of pizza per day. Once sited the trailer can be lifted on hydraulic rams to disconnect the axles which then retract back into the body as the trailer base sits directly onto the ground, making it impossible to tow away. All doors and windows are dead bolted and made from vandal proof 3mm stainless steel. Due to its high security and semi-permanent nature, this kitchen it is perfect to be sighted anywhere and left indefinitely, at the side of the road, on an industrial estate, in woodlands, in a town centre, at a local event ground, the possibilities are endless.
