Digital Safety Management System

We call our digital H&S webapp the DSMS and it’s included at no extra cost as part of your membership! It’s a system that let’s you do everything you can with our paper system but it’s online which means it’s slicker, more convenient and also stops you having to protect your NCASS folder from spillages!

We’ve been gathering feedback from members since the DSMS was launched are delighted to announce the following updates which will make the system even better than it already is.

P.S: The DSMS would usually costs at least £40 / month when compared to others out there but we’ve made it totally free of charge for our members!

Phase 2.0 – Custom Checklists (estimated launch 12th August)

Reordering items (checks, checklists, appliances and dishes)

Simplified Hot Holding Checks

Add attachments to any checklist

Easier to create days, actions, deliveries

“Include / Exclude All” option for dishes and appliances that aren’t being used on any given day

Revamped menu and settings
