Level 2 Food Hygiene Training (also called Intermediate Food Hygiene or Food Safety for Food Handlers) covers day-to-day hygiene practices, contamination control (including allergens), safe temperatures, cleaning and storage – suitable for most operational roles. (Supervisors/managers usually take Level 3 Food Hygiene.).

You’ll answer 20 multiple-choice questions in 20 minutes. Pass with 15/20 (75%) – and don’t worry, you can re-take it as many times as you need.
