Hi and welcome to my listing for my incredible converted horsebox, the almighty Doris! Three years ago we renovated her into a wood fired pizza trailer and embarked on an incredible journey into the catering business. We have a genuine reason fro selling as we now have an awesome restaurant and no longer have time to take her out to private events as the new place is so demanding. Our dream of owning a restaurant has come true, and it's all down to our beloved Doris. We were mainly on the pub scene and were knocking out between 100-120 pizzas a night.
