Nisbets FAQ’s

Cash back periods run for 6 months. Your cashback will be administered by NCASS at the end of the cashback period.

Your welcome voucher is emailed directly to you from Nisbets in the form of a code, when they onboard you as a customer. This is usually from up to 2 working days of you signing up to the scheme.

These discounts are automatically assigned to your Nisbets account once your sign up has been accepted by Nisbets and they’ve linked the account. Typically this is within 1 working day.

There are no exclusions from the scheme 

You must be an NCASS member to benefit from this partnership and you must be an NCASS member to claim your cashback at the end of a period.
