The trailer measures 2.3m wide and 5.4m long (including the hitch). The trailer contains a Valoriani 75 wood-fired oven (an amazing oven worth over £5k new), two sinks, water pump, water heater, under counter fridge, shelving, dough storage area, solid oak worktops, loads of plug sockets, interior and exterior lighting, 32amp connection to mains or generator, fuse box, large serving hatch and double wall flue for the oven. We’ve done everything from big events cooking hundreds of pizzas a day to small parties and weddings in this trailer. The oven holds 2-3 pizzas at a time allowing you to cook 50+ pizzas an hour.
