Mobile Professional Kitchen Catering Van

We are reluctantly selling our much loved catering van Ivana! During lockdown as the potential of being laid off loomed, we spent many months modifying the kitchen to our own professional chef background, obtaining all the food hygiene due diligence and gas safety certificates to eventually start trading and serving our delicious pasta! With the subsequent easing of restrictions and businesses opening back up, one half of the team was saved from redundancy and brought back to work resulting in us having to make this decision. Bitter sweet! So, she's a 2013 Iveco Daily, MOT'd until July 2022 with 130k miles. Runs well, never had a problem with her. The kitchen is set out in stainless steel with three sinks (food/pot/hand wash) as required for local authority 5 star rating. LPG powered burco boiler services the hot water sink taps with food grade water bottles, pumps and pipes....even the cable ties are food grade!! We have one six foot tall fridge and an additional small drinks display fridge both electric. We also have solar panels and a river flow eco rechargeable battery for full off grid capability, so the fridges can be run over night.....no need to unload at night and restock in the morning! There's a four ring lpg cooker with oven and an lpg bain marie. A Champion 3.5kW generator is also included so the opportunities are limitless! We also have two more lpg bain maries and an lpg griddle we have in storage which should cover most other varieties of different food types. Also, two 19kg gas bottles are on board (gas bottles are gold dust at the moment!) Chassis boxes fitted also for additional storage. Comes with a 15 inch tablet, sumup card reader, lots of utensils, pots, pans etc, too many to list, but as both of us are chefs I think most requirements are filled to get you out trading straight away!
