19' Catering Trailer (Hot Roast Pork Special - But Can Be Used For General)

Catering Trailer for Sale We are reluctantly selling our purpose-built showman’s catering trailer. It is currently sign written for Hot Roast Pork and Turkey Carvery rolls and we cook the joints on the unit (as required) and hand carve as the customer places their order, thus enabling us to sell hot succulent slices of pork/turkey all day. The trailer has been designed to enable high through-put of food and drink and is a BIG MONEY earner. The unit hosts 2 x hot griddle plates, space for 2 x 3Kw deep fat fryers for Chips/etc, a chip warmer, 2 x dual-format commercial ovens (Microwave and Convention), a cold drinks display cabinet to hold cans and bottles, a burco-type hot water boiler for teas and coffee, a fridge and a double sink unit with hot and cold running water and an illuminated menu board with flexibility to change prices instantly to match any working environment. We have also had a large water tank fitted inside the catering unit, hence we are totally self-sufficient and once the tank is full it will last the whole day without intervention. Although the unit is designed to be ‘special purpose’ to enable us to attend many of the countries shows, we have also created the flexibility to allow us to do general purpose catering work eg, chips, burgers, hot dogs, breakfast items etc. etc. Plus the top sign can be changed with a simple ‘over-banner’. We have previously worked at Aintree Grand National, British Grand Prix, Shrewsbury Flower Show, Air shows and Steam Shows etc. etc. The trailer also has a large draw-out unit to the rear to provide much more working space inside. It is also equipped with 2 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. It really is a case of drive away and open up at the next job to start taking money. The trailer can be towed with either a large van or car (we have used our range rover, which makes siting a lot easier).
