Barn stored so no damp. *** Used as a Sandwich van: Fully electric: 16a hook up, fuse board, plug sockets inside with certificate. It also has a gas box that complies with all fire safety regs built internally to the chassis directly underneath the stainless food prep area, and with access from the outside. Although we have no gas appliances installed currently it would be easy to do so, and the gas cupboard can take two medium sized canisters – drop vents, can harnesses and regulator included. The interior spot lighting, extractor fan and water pump run off a 12 volt system - battery included in the sale. There are phone and card reader usb charging points through the van. It has a vinyl floor and modern storage, a mixture of high quality wood effect worktop and a stainless steel worktop with two stainless sinks and running hot water (electric), and overhead storage. It has a clean and waste water tank, both accessed from inside the van. An exterior waste water tank could easily be installed due to the location of the sinks. Slimline under counter fridge is included in the sale. Access is via the back doors, with lots of storage room there for an additional fridge or freezer, the side door has been disconnected. The service hatch is on the right and runs half the length of the vans body. No structural framework of the van has been removed or cut to make the service hatch, meaning extra rigidity to the van body.
