Although mainly geared up for festivals due to the ability to produce high output top quality food, it is also suitable for private hire events. The Fryer Engine has traded at events including Glastonbury, Electric Picnic, Wilderness and many more. A unique addition to the festival scene, Bella has less than 30k miles on the clock and drives. A custom made intercooler was fitted in 2019 which contributes to the power, including a Tubular manifold and stainless steel exhaust system. The kitchen/serving area is fitted with: ? A custom built 3m long under counter fridge ? 4 twin tank LPG gas fryers with cool zones ? Large extraction canopy ? Gas interlock system ? A custom made chip scuttle ? Large Zebrano wooden serving counter ? Stainless steel hand wash basin with low amp electric water heater ? 3kw inverter with a total of 900 amp hours of battery storage and 120 amp 24v battery charger. There are no current secured pitches as you will need to apply for events with your own food offering. Note: The trailer in the pictures which marries up with the fire engine to create a prep kitchen is available for sale separately. This is currently kitted out with a Bold rumbler, chipper and mixer, sink, urn, Blue Seal LPG oven and an LPG convector oven, a 6 pot LPG bain marie and a stainless steel counter top fridge. This produces large volumes of battered chips which are a huge hit with the festival goers. The price advertised above does not include the trailer.
