Established in 2018 in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, Tiger Bites Pig is a Taiwanese inspired restaurant serving up bold, authentic flavours through freshly made BAO buns, ingredient-led rice bowls and dishes rooted in traditional cooking methods.
In Taiwan, some bao are described as “Tiger Bites Pig” due to the mouth-like shape and it’s classic pork filling. Their signature BAO, hand rolled and steamed in-house each day, draws inspiration from this tradition and celebrates the flavours of Taiwanese street food.
