Writing to your MP really works. It makes a difference, raises the profile of our members, and brings vital sector issues to the attention of policymakers.

Please also write to your MP ahead of the Budget 2025
Ahead of this year’s Budget we are asking members to support our lobbying work and we would be grateful if you could write to your local MP. We need the Government to better understand the issues that our sector is facing and to mobilise public and political support.

Our influence lies in our membership and the contribution that YOU make to our local communities. Together, we’re fighting for the future of independent hospitality.

It is important to write to your MP to:
· Expose the difficulty reality facing small independent hospitality and catering businesses.
· Amplify the voices that are currently missing from the current news agenda
· Demonstrate our sector’s vital economic contribution
· Create compelling evidence for immediate help in the form of a VAT cut and relief
