Full Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS)

  2. Eligibility
    a) Open to UK residents aged 18+ who hold an NCASS annual membership that is due to expire in the relevant month.
    b) Excludes CPA monthly packages, employees of NCASS, their agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
    c) One entry per membership account. If multiple memberships are held, each eligible annual membership counts as a separate entry.

  3. How to enter
    a) Renew your annual membership before your expiry date. No form is required; entry is automatic.
    b) You’ll be entered into the draw for the calendar month in which your membership was due to expire.
    c) No additional purchase necessary beyond your renewal (standard renewal fees apply).

  4. Promotional period
    Monthly draws run on a rolling basis. Each draw covers renewals made before expiry during that calendar month.

  5. Prize
    a) One prize per month: a refund of the membership fee you paid for that renewed annual term (including VAT, after any discounts).
    b) The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered (other than the refund).
    c) If you paid by card or online payment, refunds are made to the original payment method; if you paid by invoice, a credit note or bank refund will be issued.

  6. Winner selection & notification
    a) One winner is selected at random by a computer process from all eligible entries for that month.
    b) We’ll contact the winner by phone or email within 14 days of the following month.
    c) If the winner cannot be contacted or does not complete any required verification within 14 days, we may re-award the prize to a reserve.

  7. Publicity
    We may publish the winner’s first name/initial and county. You can object to this or request reduced details at the time of claiming.

  8. Data protection
    We’ll use your personal data to administer the promotion per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

  9. General
    a) NCASS may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if reasonably necessary (e.g., technical or legal reasons) and will do so in a way that does not unfairly prejudice entrants.
    b) These T&Cs prevail in the event of conflict with any other materials.
