Join the nationwide Emergency Catering Service network to provide hot food and hot and cold drinks from a self-sufficient catering unit (van or trailer) in the event of severe weather conditions or utility outages.
You must have a minimum 4* food hygiene rating, liability insurance from Giles, completed food safety risk assessments, allergen matrix for your menu and a gas certificate (if applicable).

Become an ECS provider in our network and receive alerts for local emergency situations as they arise. You’ll join our network of over 1400 NCASS members and caterers.
When you accept a callout, you’ll need to sign our T&Cs and fill out an invoice*. You’ll then head out to the area to help people when they need it most.
*Emergency Catering Service traders are paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice, NCASS receive a 10% fee of the total.
