2013, manual Mercedes-Benz, 114000 miles. Trade locally so very little mileage since previous owners. Very spacious, lots of worktop space and space for extra appliances. Walls are PVC and the floor black non slip. Separate gas cupboard which can hold 2 x 19KG LPG cylinders and a large extra cupboard which is used to store generator, blackboards, generator shelf etc. Also has small hand wash basin. Fixtures and fittings include: Large hot water boiler for tea/coffee, Instant hot water boiler, ‘Beko' under counter fridge, Large Polar display fridge, 3 burner Parry gas griddle, 3 sinks, Huge hydraulic hatch, Large metal shelf which attaches under the hatch, Black boards which attach to either side of the hatch, Custom made metal fly screens on roof vents (EHO approved!), 3kw Yamaha silent generator, hook up cables, 2 x small metal step ladders, Fresh water and waste water containers, Custom made generator shelf/platform, 2 x 19kg LPG cylinders (both half full), Front cab seats 3 people. The van is MOT'’d until beginning of November 2020 (was May 2020 but due to Covid-19 there has been a 6 month extension) Passed last MOT with no advisories. Underneath framework of the vehicle in very good condition. Some small abrasions to front bumper from previous owners. Electrical certificate valid until September 2020.
