Equipment Astora La Perla 2 group expresso machine which can be run on either gas or electric Super Jolly Grinder Parry Gas Boiler Blizzard Convection Oven Polar Double Fridge Parry Gas Grill Lec Commercial Freezer Electrics 240 volt system with 35 amp hook ups. 6 double sockets inside, All lighting is 12 volt LED with Electric and PAC testing certification A seperate generator is available through separate negotiation which supplies power when no hook up is present. Water A 100 Litre tank is fitted at the front of unit for water, waste water is collected via a 30 litre container underneath Twin Sinks are fitted in Stainless steel Gas 2 x 19kg bottles feed the grill and hot water boiler. Gas safety certificate is present. Trailer This is built on a 3.5 tonnes twin wheeled trailer. New brakes and tow bar were fitted in 2019 The unit has been run as a very successful coffee and breakfast take away at sports events and music festivals and has the capacity to deal with a high volume of trade. It always turns heads at events and is a favourite with high profile event organisers, it has had a regular pitch at Glastonbury for the last 4 years.
