The base vehicle is a Mercedes 508d, which in a former life was a German Military ambulance during the Cold War. Being an ex-military vehicle, we knew she had been serviced very well. After spending 13 years in dry storage the van had hardly been driven. extremely reliable equip with a high roof to allow us to stand, a wide birth allowing ample space for the necessary equipment to get the job done do a high standard. The conversion was completed in the North of England where the van was professionally converted into a state of the art kitchen (work done by MCC, mobile catering conversions).
