Hi Ben, thanks for catching up with us. So, how long have you been with Nisbets and can you tell us more about your role on a day-to-day basis?

I have been with Nisbets 9 years – I am the main point of contact for NCASS customers to help and support you with all of your requirements. I’ve worked across a variety of roles throughout Nisbets, so can assist with any query, from how you place orders online and how our deliveries work, to recommending products for your next order.

You can start claiming, as soon as you hit submit on the sign up form. Your account will be set up and linked to NCASS within 48-72 hours, but any spend will be backdated to the date on your signup form, to ensure maximum savings.

What’s the most popular catering equipment on sale at the moment? What buying trends are you seeing?

What do you enjoy most about working with NCASS members?

The conversation and understanding the variety of different types of business you all have. Hearing all about each of your different business ideas, what you have all going on excites me and I enjoy being a part of supporting each of you within your ventures. Speaking to you so far we have so much in common as I am a big food and drink lover and enjoy going to festival and events so always checking out the food & drink stalls.

What’s the most important part of your role?

The most important part of my role is that you are getting the best support and service. Making sure that you are getting the right product advice, meaning the products you purchase maximise your business needs. This doesn’t always mean spending more, and by having a conversation, we can come to a rewarding outcome to suit your business, and save you some money in the process.
