With staff to manage, customers to serve, and costs to control, running a hospitality business is demanding. But taking time now for an energy review could help protect your business if prices change in the months ahead.
There is growing speculation that Ofgem will approve increases to the Transmission Network Use of System (TNUoS) charges from spring 2026. The TNUoS a key part of the non-commodity costs that make up your energy bill.
That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever for NCASS members to benefit from EIC Partnership’s Free Energy Bill Audit. Just send us your recent energy bills via email, and we’ll do the rest.
Here’s how it works:
- Quick, Remote Review – Simply email over your latest invoices. Or, if you prefer, we can meet face-to-face.
- Straightforward, Practical Guidance – We review your contract and energy use, then provide a clear, jargon-free report showing exactly how you can cut costs.
- Independent, No Pushy Sales – As an impartial partner, we focus solely on what works best for your business.
Why this matters:
The National Energy System Operator (NESO) has forecasted a significant rise in TNUoS charges from April 2026. These charges help transmission network companies recover their costs and are passed to you as part of your standing charge. Early forecasts suggest these costs could jump by 26% from April 2025 to April 2026. This means higher bills for many businesses unless action is taken.
You don’t need to make time for a meeting. Just send us your bills, and we’ll take care of the rest.
