Hospitality Businesses in Northern Ireland to receive grants

Hospitality businesses in Northern Ireland are expected to start receiving grant money within the next ten days.

The Omicron Hospitality Payment was announced in December when restrictions were imposed on hospitality businesses.

Approximately 3,200 businesses are eligible for the one-off grants which will help those who have experienced loss of profits in the festive period.

The process was previously postponed because of financial regulations.

Business owners should be contacted by Land & Property Services via email to confirm their details, if they had previously received a payment under the Localised Restrictions Support Scheme (LRSS).

Payments of either £10,000, £15,000 or £20,000 will be issued, with the amount dependent on their rateable value.
