Meet The Team: Beccy Belson

Here at NCASS, there’s a passionate team working behind the scenes every day to make sure members get the most out of their membership – and we thought it was about time you got to know them!

Meet Beccy Belson, our Office Administrator, who has been an important part of the NCASS team for the past four and a half years.

What does a typical day in your role look like?

I mainly prep for the next day’s Safety Management System packs that go out to new and renewing members. This includes printing all the risk assessments, welcome and renewal packs and checking to see if they are signed up to Booker. I also book the DPD collections and deal with missing parcels and returns. I also provide cover for our Office Manager, Sarah and support the wider business.

What’s your favourite part of your job?

I love listening to the Account Managers when they take calls. Their knowledge is second to none. I love looking at our members profiles on social media and seeing the different foods they serve.

What’s something people might not realise an Administration Assistant does behind the scenes?

That’s a myth – we’re on the front lines 😊

What’s the best thing about working with the NCASS team?

Everyone is genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful. Never a dull day!!

What’s been your favourite moment or achievement since joining the team?

Being crowned “Queen of the Sprouts” in the NCASS Christmas Russell Sprout Competition for two years in a row.  Aiming for a hat trick this year.

What would you name your food truck?

Bex Marks The Spot.

What are some fun facts about you?

I’m a massive music fan and nerd and have a very eclectic taste, which my teenage daughter has inherited from me. We (husband of 20yrs and our daughter), love visiting Liverpool and Wales. I love music history, concerts, comedy gigs (Ed Byrne is my absolute favourite) and going for drives with my daughter listening to our Spotify playlists. I also love Greidy’s and Richie’s Shrimps.
