Coming Soon: The NCASS Digital Safety Management System

Digital Safety Management System

Manage your safety online with our new system built for NCASS members – our brand new, innovative Digital Safety Management System (DSMS).

We’ve taken our daily diary and safety management system and created an easy to use, convenient, flexible system and shrunk it down so it fits in your pocket.

The Digital Safety Management System has been created with small independent businesses in mind and has been built so you can manage safety collaboratively. It makes your daily safety checks simple. From temperature monitoring to cleaning lists, team task allocation, delivery management and much more, it makes safety management easy and what’s more, you can do it all on your phone or tablet.

Unlike other systems, where once you input your data, it’s locked in, the NCASS system allows you to edit your information so you can rest assured that you are in control. It has also been designed to work when mobile signal data drops out so you can rest assured nothing will get lost when you’re trading in greenfield sites.

“We’re delighted to be able to release the digital SMS and to be able to include it with membership. This system will be a game changer and for many members and is an important move away from paper for those who wish to make the switch. It will help ensure that members will continue to demonstrate best practice across food safety and health and safety using NCASS’ expert systems.” – Alan Fox, NCASS CEO

Our system covers daily, weekly, and monthly checks, comes with an allergen matrix and also has electrical and LPG gas safety checklists.

It has been built in-house by NCASS and is EHO approved, designed to ensure that you can demonstrate best practice and evidence your compliance.

Access to the system will be included with membership with no additional charge and don’t worry, if you prefer paper and you’re not ready to go digital yet, you’ll still receive and be able to use the paper version the of the safety management system.
