Events industry shows support for The Power of Events

The Power of Events

Four months since its launch, The Power of Events has seen considerable support from the hospitality sector and beyond.

The platform focuses on providing a singular destination that is dedicated to showcasing all seven core sectors of the UK events industry, as well as profiling the essential industry community.

From the platform’s launch, it has received over 25,000 unique visitors and a raft of positive feedback. Alongside this the platform has achieved consistent engagement with its wide range of podcast listings and the events calendar. These are both obviously useful components to the industry and are becoming essential resources for professionals in the industry. Furthermore, since opening a year ago, a total of £200k has been contributed towards operational funds.

So far, The Power of Events has seen over 500 organisations come on board as supporters, including a range of industry leaders and many supplier partners such as: Live Nation, Festival Republic, Glastonbury, AEG Europe, ASM Global, Harvey Goldsmith, London Marathon Events, Notting Hill Carnival, SFL Group, Whitelight, G4S Events, Arena Group, Creative Technology, Entourage Pro, PKL, Ticketmaster, Star Group Live, GL Events, Serious Stages, Spartan Crew, Jack Morton, Identity, GPJ, WRG, Smyle, DRPG, NCASS, Informa plc, LS Events, KB Event, MEI, ExCel London, Manchester Central, ACC Liverpool, Lime Venue Portfolio and Ministry Venues.
