The British Street Food Awards have been asked by their old friends at Land Securities, the largest commercial property development and investment company in the United Kingdom, to bring food festivals, with music and family entertainment, to three of their busy retail outlets this summer – with a view to really expanding the offer in 2026. That’s Gunwharf Quays in Hampshire, Clarks Village in Somerset and Braintree Village in Essex. Do you want to get involved?
As anyone who has ever traded at the Southern heats of the BSFA at Gunwharf will know, LandSec really get events. That’s why BSFA have gone back for the last six years. They were the first ever sponsors of the British Street Food Awards – back in 2011 and they worked together to launch the ground-breaking Trinity Kitchen in Leeds and will make this a success. Please contact [email protected] and list the locations you’re interested in ASAP as they’re booking traders in now.
Gunwharf Quays Seafood and Street Food Festival: 1-3 August
Braintree Village Food Festival: 6-7 September
Clarks Village Food Festival: 20-21 September
The BFSA team are always looking for the best talent for Food St, their new London market – check out www.foodst.co.uk. They’re running a Christmas market throughout December at a very prestigious, upmarket location in Southern England. All to be announced in good time, but it will be a high-end mix of BSFA level street food, produce and gifting.
