Fire Safety

Tom Nash, Fire Safety Manager from our Primary Authority partner East Sussex Fire Service, will be delivering an hour-long fire safety webinar exclusively for NCASS members on 10th of February at 2pm.

Tom has worked for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service in the Fire Safety Department for the last 3 years and has achieved a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety. He has experience in fire safety audits, building regulation consultations and works across multi-disciplinary teams in assessing building safety cases.

This webinar is a must for mobile and bricks & mortar businesses and will cover:

  • The legal requirements
  • Fire safety risk assessments
  • Firefighting equipment
  • Good and bad practice
  • Emergency protocols
  • Useful links, contacts and additional guidance

This is a great opportunity to gain insight into the fire safety requirements relevant to your business, to check your knowledge on fire safety matters, speak to an expert in fire safety and to ask questions that will help you and your business stay safe and compliant.

How to get the most out of the webinar:

  • We would like you to ask questions ahead of time and make sure we can include them in the webinar and ask you to put forward your fire safety questions by sending them to our in-house Environmental Health specialist Fiona West via [email protected].
  • Please take part in this quick poll so we can tailor the webinar content to you
  • To get the most out of this opportunity, we recommended to attend the live webinar and interact with our experts via the live chat.

We will make sure that all the question and queries we receive are covered in the Q&A and will be posted on the member website alongside the webinar.

This is an exclusive NCASS members webinar.  Please note: There will be no training certification for attendance.

However, if you cannot make this date, then fear not, the webinar will be recorded and made available as a member resource to view later.

Please contact [email protected] to book your place on the webinar.
