Saving Nemo Win NOEA’s Caterer of the Year award!

Saving Nemo

It was a great night for NCASS members Saving Nemo who won the Caterer of the Year award at the annual NOEA Awards for 2023.

The National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) recognise excellence across a wide field of events industry with their annual awards ceremony. We have partnered with NOEA for a long time and always support them by sponsoring some award categories. Typically we sponsor the Caterer of the Year award, and are really pleased this year that it is an NCASS Member who has taken the award home!

Saving Nemo are a 100% vegan business revolutionising the sea of vegan-fish cuisine with their take on the classic fish and chips.

They operate a mobile unit and are a popular fixture at market events, having also made quite a splash trading at weddings and this year they have entered the festival circuit. As well as serving up vegan fishy goodness to customers at events, they sell a range of their own tartare sauce products online.

After congratulating the team on this great achievement, they informed us they put themselves forward for consideration after seeing us sharing news of the NOEA Awards and nominations opening in our weekly members mailer!

Further proof of the excellent level that Saving Nemo have reached and offer to customers with their range of vegan delicacies, they also had a great run at the British Street Food Awards earlier this year and ended up as Finalists for the competition.
