Vegan street food business goes fixed site

NCASS member Bamboo Street Food has announced it is to open its first permanent eatery in Leicester city centre.

The vegan street food business has been doing pop-ups at events and festivals for the past five years, offering an array of tasty plant-based dishes including kebabs, loaded fries, wings and puds.

Founded in 2017, Bamboo was created by friends who shared a passion for providing a plant-based, sustainable and delicious alternative to street food. Having spent a lot of time at street food events, they noticed the lack of vegan options on offer.

Bamboo will be launching the collaborative space alongside juice bar The Fruitory and is expected to open its doors in a few weeks.
