This week we’d like to give a shoutout to Vick from Urban Spicebox, who was invited up on to the stage on the first day of Cheltenham Food Festival after impressing the team from the Chefs Theatre with his lamb keema, chicken tikka and naanwiches earlier in the day.
After enjoying a feast, the team soon requested Vick to demonstrate his cooking skills live on stage at the Chefs Theatre, where he cooked up a delicious masala egg curry for the crowd.
